Maximum Weight Limit: Each ATV has a strict weight limit of 150kg total (including rider + passenger). Please respect this for your safety and to avoid damage to the vehicle.
Closed-Toe Shoes Only: Slippers, sandals, or Crocs are not allowed. Riders must wear proper footwear for protection.
Helmet is Mandatory: Helmets must be worn at all times during the ride. No exceptions.
Follow the Trail: Riders must stay on the designated trail. Do not attempt to create your own path or go off-road without a guide's instruction.
No Speeding or Stunts: This is a leisure activity, not a race. Reckless driving, speeding, drifting, or wheelies are strictly prohibited.
Obey the Marshall: Marshalls are there for your safety. Please follow their instructions before, during, and after the ride.
Do Not Ride Under the Influence: Anyone suspected to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to ride — no refunds given.
Passenger Rules: Only 1 passenger per ATV if within weight limit. Children must be accompanied by an adult and meet the minimum height requirement.
Liability for Damage: Riders will be held financially responsible for any damage caused due to negligence or failure to follow safety instructions.
Ride at Your Own Risk: While Ceruk Rimba prioritizes safety, all participants must acknowledge that riding an ATV involves risks.
